ADM is a leader in global nutrition and bring over a century of experience and expertise to the New Zealand market. Headquartered in Mount Maunganui, ADMNZ markets various stockfeeds and specialty ingredients for manufacturing animal feed through a nationwide network of sales staff and storage facilities. ADM also supplies specialty ingredients to New Zealand’s bakers, confectioners, and dairy and beverage manufacturers.

Agrifeeds offer an extensive range of quality imported and domestically sourced animal feed and minerals to farmers across New Zealand. The company’s owner, Wilmar International, is listed on the Singapore Exchange and operates in sectors including the processing and refining of edible oils, speciality fats, oleochemicals, biodiesel and fertilisers, sugar, rice and flour. Wilmar International also owns Goodman Fielder, producer of some of New Zealand’s best-known consumer food brands such as Chelsea Sugar, Edmonds and Yoplait.

Based in Matamata, Swap Stockfoods supplies complementary stockfeed and mineral supplements to beef and dairy farmers throughout New Zealand. Its parent company, J.Swap, was founded in 1934 by Joseph Swap, and proudly remains a family business. J.Swap began as a civil engineering contractor, before diversifying into quarrying, transport, forestry, and animal feed importing, storage, and distribution.

Operating as one of New Zealand's largest fully integrated agriculture networks, Viterra NZ sources and sells a broad range of agricultural commodities including wheat, barley, corn, pulses, canola, and soymeal to food manufacturers, animal feed manufacturers, consumer product processors, local importers and distributors, and governments around the world. They also manage an extensive network of storage, drying and portside facilities spans across New Zealand.
Independent Chairman, John Dawson
John Dawson is a Registered Farm Management Consultant based in Morrinsville, NZ. His previous roles include 14 years as a Farm Advisory Officer with M.A.F. (in Westland, UK and Morrinsville) and 12 years as an Executive with New Zealand Dairy Group. He is an experienced Governor, and is involved in several large and Iwi-owned businesses.
